This is an additional service in which Adobe Rent a Car will
provide a GPS system, for those customers who want security and
trust while driving in Costa Rica. The unit will allow the
customer to locate Hotels, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Cities,
Towns and more; besides, it will be programmed in more than 4
languages. This new service has a rate of $6us per day, and
requires a deposit of $300us on a credit card.
Local Cellphone Service
Adobe Rent a Car provides with mobile telephones to all those
clients that come from your company. This service seeks to give
the user the trust and security they must have. With the units
that we provide to them, they are able to call hotels, request
information, contact to its local agency, credit card companies,
and so on. The procedure is very simple, first of all, at the
moment of the car reservation, the option of cell telephone
should be made, when the confirmation will be made it should be
corroborated that the legend was introduced in the comments.
When the car is rented, our representative will deliver the
telephone to the client, an explanation will be made and it will
contain the way of use of the unit and the special conditions of
reception and low coverage areas in Costa Rica, the number of
the telephone and the conditions in the event of loss of the
appliance whose penalty would be US $ 100,oo, in this case the
client signs an agreement of responsibility for damages or
losses of the unit, it is guaranteed with the initial car rental
deposit.
It is very important for the clients to know that this
service has a one-time cost of US$ 6 for the whole rental period
and there will not be any charge for local incoming or outgoing
phone calls; or international incoming calls, there is no limit
for calls or basic minutes of use. The units have restriction to
make international calls. Remember to request the cell phone
when you make the reservation. The telephone number and unit
number will be inscribed in the rental contract, the unit should
be returned with the vehicle at the end of the rental agreement.
